This has been a very busy week... seeing 2 doctors a day + having exams... Tomorrow will have a thorough eye exam, mapping the retina and some other things... Had to buy a pair of sun glasses so I will not be "blinded" by the light when I step outside... I may have to wait for a while inside the clinic before I go out... Don't have anybody to take me back to hotel... Well... that's ok... Not the first time I have done this exam... I know the procedure... and not the first time that a leave a clinic on my own although they tell me will need someone to go with me... I'm used being a loner...
Went back to my dad's house today... sat on the first row to watch the road... :biggrin_25519:

Visited the lady who used to work for my parents when they were living there... She offered her place for dad and his companion if they come to Rio... :biggrin_25519: And I've been planning for them to come... so I won't have to go back to Ceara... Although that will be much more expensive for me... it'll save me time and hassle... and my back... I'm having sciatica pain from traveling with my luggage... :biggrin_2552: and this soft mattress doesn't help me at all... :biggrin_25512:

He's a very good dad. He's let me borrow his youngest to pick up chicks when I'm in El Paso.

I looked it up after I posted that link, its for real. Drivers in Brazil do that for sport but can't find anything more on it. Lots of videos on the internet of drivers doing it. Pretty scary stuff.

Yes... it IS for real... I bet those truckers are totally stoned... and they don't give a CRAP...
And my dad wanted to have his driver drive them all the way from Ceara in northeast to Rio in Southeast... about 1,625 miles... Told him, ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I'll get them flight tickets...
