FM.....that is quiet possibly the biggest load of horse#### she coulda fed you.....their ain't but 2-3 actual full union wage companies anywhere in the NE Pa area...and they ain't hirin....the few union freight haulers left have taken some many givebacks etc....they ain't doin much better&when you figure even the Megas regional fleets up that way are payin 50+cents a mile plus all the xtras....the union argument is bs.....not to mention there are 3 or 4 house fleets within 10miles of your yard that pay better n union wages....the truth is they just aren't paying what anyone else in the area is.....and as long as they can screw guys from other dc's into runnin regionally for them in the area they aren't gonna pay....hate to see em treat you this way

well I act like I'm not making any money lol truth is I've gotten kinda spoiled here. I'm gonna do way better than 70k this year and still home every weekend.

it's just the guys based here that aren't doing so well and why they have trouble retaining them. this DC is an anomaly among the company. every other location you can't make anyone leave they all retire. I have to wonder who they were tapping to run this #### before they opened the NC DC. I know those guys are thanking somebody somewhere they've got us to pull from now lol. running these trips full time every day I can see why they quit. the only real hits I take to the paycheck are when I run up here.......but still by megafleet standards it's better than average money. i'll still pull a 900+ take home even running up here.....but I do way better than that out of the other locations

funny you mention the ones close to here.......I've seen more than once one of our daycabs parked in front of one of them and a guy walk out with an application in his hand

I just have a real aversion to being up here. i'll never like it. 2 more days it'll be over. for a few weeks anyway lol I think they've gotten the message it's somebody else's turn for a few weeks.

And to think i was shamed for daring to insinuate that the bad driving of New Joisey local truck drivers may have contributed to that dump truck accident.

I wonder what could have made me come to that conclusion...

image.jpg 762 in the books. Could of had 800 if I didn't. Need and extra 45 minutes on my 2hour power. Pulled the brakes in pick a park near little America. Was going to go there but since I was only going to be there for 2 hours. Decided to hit this place up.

My elog went nuts when I finished fueling in Utah and was off for awhile but fixed itself. That's why the one part is orange. Will hopefully have enough time to make it to Greeley on my next tour . But I may come up short. Was hoping to get an upcoming b service out of the way since I was in the area. I gota go now!! Yee hawww

Will deliver this Saturday then go give the company back their equipment and take the week to do all the stuff I need to get done before I head off the pumpkin patch.

The two worst of the worst are the dump trucks and trash haulers in that corridor.

They make the can haulers look like candidates for safe driving awards
