A bit more work on the 99 Century earlier in the week. A special "thanks" to the TA shop that charged $100 or so to take care of a shifter air line leak on the road a few months ago. It was a brilliant idea to cable tie the bundle of soft plastic air lines to the transmission oil line with the rough, braided cover on it. Or at least leave it that way if they weren't the stroke of genius that thought of that. That and an alternator and a drive tire valve stem that finally got caught leaking.

Getting about time to go make some money. Since i apparently didn't get enough sweat on working in the driveway in the low 90's this week, I accepted a Texas load to fix that. Ought to be warm enough by Monday to keep the evaporators from icing up in my truck, so no need to rush to find that thermal switch I'm pretty sure needs replacing.

 

Let's not forget the "Super Trucker Trainer" patches for the company shirts, luggage and underwear!

 

Section 3 page 37 of the Super Truckers almamac. Says drive when you have the time. And catch the solar powered driver's on the flip flop!!

Chilling @ Rawlings flying j. once my biological clock got the memo. Greeley was a nogo. Shut down took place an body wanted to enjoy the 51 degree's in the bunk under some cover. So we took careful consideration of the body's request. Pulled into the J and got some shut eye!!

 

Monee Il. The brand #### new rear transmission seal that was just put in yesterday , has decided to take a ####! So I call the folks I'm leased to(since their shop did the work for me) and they say swing in here and get it looked at. Well guess we'll see how this goes. Hope my app gets approved purty quick.
