I hate Peoplenet, where are you parked and recipes thread

Post office hosed me this morning wasn't going to make it home tonight anyway and was heading into Chicago at rush hour so I hung it up at the pilot at the 22 in Indiana to take an 8. Be up at midnight pointed towards the house.

 

just got the word the dreaded multi pic produce run Monday morning for Sysco Jackson Wi................sigh

 

The way you guys keep busy here, by the time I am in the hotel taking my "hometime", will have over 50 pages to catch up with you all...

Anyway... I stopped by just to post a picture of my view here where I am parked till 00:30...



A truck stop on I-71 in KY... lots of room here... There's another Pilot across from the highway... but it's AWFUL... it's tight, spots are awkward and it becomes a real zoo after dark... I guess folks park there only when they absolutely can't find parking here...
Well... I gotta go again... will drive tonight and if I'm lucky, will get a room in my "hometime" hotel..... it's becoming more and more difficult to find a room there for my hometime.. as it's always full and they have folks on a waiting list... Any other hotel will be too far from my storage which is more time consuming... Oh well... shall see... Gotta go...

Well Pete finally doing some real work.....now all ya gotta do is put ur seat down where it belongs&and get out in the left lane&play chicken hauler.......whoop whoop....

 

The only Williams ( I saw several ) I saw, popped up quickly as Williams had backing from Wall St. I read an article on it back then. They got an offer from ( ?? Pilot ?? ) and sold out. You could tell how quick the food quality and service fell off that something was up. It wasn't surprising when they announced the sell off shortly thereafter. When they were brand new, they were nice.

 

but .... but .... but, He's haulin' vegetables ! .. not chicken ! .... you know vegetables, those things Rocks likes to call food ? ...
