Now the wife on the other hand.........

Dropped and swapped in Richmond and headed for home. Glad this week is finally coming to an end.

 

First they put me on a Southaven load that departed at noon. Then while the girls and I were at Walmart yesterday they called me to say I had been switched to our two drop load for Goodman Manufacturing in Fayetteville, TN and Dayton, TN that is supposed to depart at 8am. Well it's 9 past 8 and they just now took my truck in for a PM service. Guess nobody told the shop that my departure time changed.

 

And don't even get me started on the fact that my truck has been in the yard since WEDNESDAY!

 

Al ? ... I believe it was rechristened by one of the Mods. ..... Odd, I can't recall any of them making an appearance here. ... maybe I'm forgettin' one .... but on a name tweak here, I feel it's important to try to lure .... uh ... I mean attract the female types in here. I think we should start it off with The Lady's Room , but that's already taken dagnabit !

Command Logistics is run by a bunch of idiots that couldn't dispatch there way out of a wet paper sack.
They never rescheduled my delivery after the trailer fiasco so now here I sit in Mt Vernon Ky waiting for a call back to let me know when I deliver

 

Guess I should cut the shop a little slack. They are down two mechanics. One quit to go work for his sons start up fleet and the other was from Juarez and got pinched for trying to smuggle marijuana up during his commute to work.
