Anybody heard from Rocks? She didn't answer or return the call from the other day. I know she was going to see a doctor about her back.

I once gave up and made a uturn on 395 to get the hell out of there when it was backed up all the way out to the interstate.

One benefit of being the only Muñoz driver up there for a 1000 miles, even if u turns were prohibited by company policy, there was nobody to rat me out.

 

I noticed that when I stopped there on my way to the WalMart DC. Whoever designed that place needs a good swift kick in the nutz

 

I sent a text earlier to one of my better brokers..

"Lucy says the market in East Texas sucks. Can you help us get out of here?"

Fought the urge to move towards the metromess for an in-n-out burger and tv reception. Better sense tells me more options from right here, so I stayed put. And discovering a very short list of things that are ok here. I do really like the 2 for $5 fresh fruit cups Love's has. Not enough to make a special trip unless it's the least worst option in a 75 mile radius. Also backed up to a huge vacant field perfect for stealth dog pooping. I survived the Mexican place yesterday with no delayed reaction, but chose to stick with the safe food I have on the truck.

I love the watermelon cups.

 

I usually have one from Kroger, about equal to two of those Love's sells, in the cooler when I head out. I'll probably get two more before I leave.

 

Miss Patty uses all my Kwik Trip reward points on fruit
then whines i need to fuel up at more Kwik Trips..........sigh
