Any carriers still run out West anymore.I'm especialy interested in getting back SW.I miss driving thru the desert states.Every company I call say they don't run SW.I'm from Florida.I guess I'll have to learn spanish and sign on with a mexican carrier if I want to get to Laredo again.

yeah, you would probably have to relocate to get on with a co. that runs west more often. But who knows, maybe you could get on some dedicated route out of your area.

I dont think theres a trucker out there who wouldnt rather be driving thru the southwest.I have been hooked up with a few cos.and got some Laredo freight.I really enjoyed those runs. But hey guy you gotta remember that the bulk of US freight originates or goes to the east coast.Do you think some company is gonna set up a special deal for you because you dont like the east coast.Get real they are looking for drivers to do a job,not whine about where they are going.

FFE. They have a terminal in South Florida, another in Atlanta, terminals in Houston, Dallas, Laredo... Run OJ out of Bradenton to points west, bring frozen foodstuffs from points west/north into Florida.

From a geographic standpoint, FFE should work for you. Whether it'll meet any other criteria you may have, I dunno. Yes, they are reefers.
