sell your century + the 65 grand and buy a cascadia = problem solved.

then again... if i had such a big budget ill buy up 2 - 3 pneumatic trailers and lease them

you will make more money and be at home sleeping.

I am gonna hafta go with a 06 or newer. I dont really want to but the company I am leased to is really pushing for that. Plus they are trying a new pay program that requires a newer truck.

I really appreciate the input. I was looking at an o8 Mack Pinnacle but now am thinking of looking else where.

I wouldn't buy anything that is 2008, 2009 or 2010. I would find another company to lease to if they are wanting you to by a late model ride.

How would a Cascadia solve his problem? Buying a Paccar product would solve his problem.

I like the company I pull for. They are out and back, close to home, and their new pay program seems pretty dang good. But to run the new pay program you gotta have a newer truck. I dont have to buy that new and could stay on the old pay program but I can make it more profitable for me with the newer truck.

Find a KW T2000 or Pete 387 with a 13 speed. The aero body will save at least .5 MPG and the 13 will let you fine tune your revs.

wrong, the T2000 and 387 arent nearly as Fuel Efficiant as they look. The T2000 is a POS, and the 387 is well known for Electrical issues. the 387 is also very heavy

This is the worst POS motor choice to have, as someone said ISX from '08-'10 is a nightmare to own. It's also past due for an overhaul probably, sad for so few miles, but true. It did clean up nicely though.
