I have a drug trafficking charge, can I be a trucker?

Now a days, IMO, its stupid to sell drugs peroid, especially to someone you dont know..The people you know you gotta worry about...Everything is recorded now, from somewhere....Using the cellphone to make a deal is a crime itself...'conspiracy to commit a crime using a electronic device...'

You and your dad have not taken this seriously and are completely unrealistic thinking the transportation industry would want you, at any level...

 

That's the key, having a probation office that will work with him. Some have the power to let him cross state lines. Another poster on here didn't have any problem with the same issue. He received a waiver so he could become gainfully employed as an OTR driver.

 

I think that has been the message from the start.

 

But selling drugs to non police is not stupid?
