Well I have 2 of them plus a sub. I think mine is the older version 1000 watts or was that the sub, not sure but I always worked under them when I needed to clear my head.

I wonder what the real sustained wattage draw would be. I believe a 1,000 watt speaker may draw that much on a peak, not sure what the average would be.
I heard a DJ years ago say he only used 200 watt systems for dances, but rarely ran it at much over 35 watts. A vehicle is a better environment for sound and may not require as much power to satisfy your needs.LoneRanger Thanks this. -
