I seen a tri-axle stepdeck, with a rear lift axle.

That's the reason I traded my SD with 17.5 tires for a SD with 22.5's.
22.5 tires wear better and you can find every where.

When the market recovers in the next two years ... Step decks will out earn a flatbed?

    cke Thanks this.

Thinking I could squeeze a 245/70r19.5 if they make em weight rated high enough. Most 19.5 guys I see are running 265/70r19.5.

Did a split weigh (actually just went on a scale the wrong way) with a 48.3k load of 20' steel sheets this weekend, & found a major problem.. almost 5k difference between the 2 is not right.. o_O

    Steer is axle 5
    Drive is axle 4
Trailer is axle 1, 2, & 3 or the whole tractor if that makes sense

Send us pictures of backhauling ice cream trucks and backhoes. You should put ramps on your 53’ flatbed, let me know the best load board for flatbed freight when you find it.

These are loads I have put on the RGN in the past. I think the grummin ice cream truck would be too high for a flatbed.

    cke Thanks this.
