I have a question for the new drivers

i'm from massachusetts too, i own a house. keep your eyes open because cheap house's come on the market, you'll have to keep your eyes open. if you're trying to buy a house in the city forget it.

 

Yeah, I'm from the Boston metro area (born and raised), not that I want to buy a home right around the city; but you have to go pretty far north and west before the houses become more affordable.

The past few years have definitely been a buyers market. Congrats on owning a home at such a young age too - you must have a good head on your shoulders and have your priorities straight!
