I am new to the whole trucking world. I have like 1 Month experience and I got into an incident in San Francisco where I hit a roof with the trailer and it damaged it. For it being my first Solo Trip I think this was a really difficult route for a 53' Truck. I hit the curb and when I turned that's when I hit the business. The cops came and made a report and didn't give me a ticket or anything. In this case will this affect me from getting other jobs? Will it appear on my driving record? How will this affect me on the long run? My company stated that everything was good and explained to me how to prevent this from happening next time. They stated they don't report to anyone but I'm still worried. I'm just doing this gain experience to find a local job around home.

Chalk this up as a learning experience and go from there. Your company sounds like they view this a something you will learn from and I commend them for it.

Regardless what your company states, always assume that this "incident" will follow you.

You can be assured that it will go into a permanent file with your company, and if you search out some other employment, it will be reporred to your next employer. Keep the police report for your future records, i have no doubt youll need it

That I have no idea, your best bet will be you wait for about a month and then run your own DMV check and see

Well sending you to Frisco for your first trip ever solo is definitely setting you up for trouble.
Don't sweat it too much. The cops didn't issue you a citation, it never happened. If your company doesn't report to DAC, it never happened.

Give it some time, 30 or 60 days, and pull your own driving record at your DMV and see if its on there. Call or email HireRight ( DAC ) and tell them you want your free report. They have to give you one a year, free at your request.

You gotta be super patient in a place like The City, and really watch your mirrors.

I doubt it will end up on your driving record. It will likely follow you for insurance though.

As for getting hired, very, very few compaines want an unbleamushed record. They will accept a couple of blemishes.
