I don't know how this would make your license 'dirty'?
I'm taking it for granted. They have to put on your driving record that someone ran into you? So?
Don't worry about it. I doubt UPS is stupid enough to have a problem with this. If it's actually on your DMV.

btw, my truck (the t880) is in the shop and they are starting to work on it..... finally. they removed all of the damaged components. if i stay at walton it will be a huge relief to get it back. i love that little day cab, its a nice little 18 manual transmission truck....... only 85K miles on it. there was no damage to the cab nor the frame, most of the damage was contained to the fuel tank, def tank, steps, and DPF system.

I'd sure be wanting to get back in my T880. For now you gotta suffer with the T680.

the t680 has been running better. hasn't had a high soot warning in a few days. shhh i shouldn't say anything because tomorrow morning when i start the darn thing it will do it again LOL.

the other issue with that truck is shop added another leaf to the front suspension ( a while ago). it rides terrible, no one wants to drive the thing.

if it runs like its supposed to, it's tolerable.

many times companies REQUIRE a police report, as proof you were not charged in any way..otherwise for you to just say you got no charges or tickets, is hearsay.

It has been a while but I had to get a police (pay for) just to keep my insrance, all Texas put on my recod was I was involved in an accident, no mention of who was at fault. But there was no citation on my record for it, so the insurance should have known It was a no fault accident.
