I have copd & smoke that previous drivers in my truck effects it.

    You can never fully clean a smoked in truck. You would literally have to disassemble the entire truck and wash everything including wiring, the back sides of panels, etc. Even this won’t permanently remove the smell.

    When the sun heats up a ex smoking truck, the smell leaches back out.

    You should look into Fire & Smoke Remediation. They’ll disagree.

    I basically agree with your premise. So hire help to clean surfaces. And HVAC internals.

    An Ozone Gen will take care of the rest. And it’s cheap to buy & use.
