I have a 15 over if you got it before your cdl I think most employers will look over it. I got my first driving job hauling tankers so you should be ok

Any company insurance may have an issue with 15 over.....All you can do is call around and tell them straight up.
That is why I NEVER just pay a ticket...A lawyer can always get it reduced at the very least.

15 over is considered reckless. That will keep you from being hired for a few years to the carriers that care. A work around would be to hire on to small companies that do not check DAC or particpate in it. On the other side of the coin the equiptment would not be the best and you will have to work harder.

If you want to keep your CDL after you get it, you have to find a way to dispose of speed. Otherwise you will lose even that if you cannot slow down.

I don't know about companies checking DAC or if a speeding ticket in a personal vehicle BEFORE getting your cdl would be on it.

However, when I applied at Schneider they did check my MVR which WOULD have the speeding ticket on it.
