I have no job history, just University for 2 years..

I have no job history in the past 3 years, just 2 years of Uni.

I called Prime and asked them if they accepted anyone with no job history and they said they I needed employment history for past 3 years. Does that mean I have to be employed for 3 years straight to be accepted to companies like Prime? What if I worked at McDonald's for one year, that still wouldn't be enough?

Are there any companies besides CR England that would accept someone with no job history?
