Well, with Western, you're gonna have already 2 weeks under your belt, right? With T/A it'll be starting all over.

Also, isn't Western mostly Flatbed? isn't TransAm mostly reefer? Big difference there, too.

Well few things I'm getting into it to start a career I need safe Legal Training

He was Wanting me to drive my Hours and some of his while he slept or played games

Smaller things (when he coughed he coughed all over me if he was talking to me he wouldn't cover mouth I asked him to cover mouth and he wouldn't)

He took 1 shower in the 2 weeks I understand trucking you might not take one everyday but at least every 2 max 3 days

Some other things that bothered me

Western does flat and dry I was doing dry van I would of had to wait 3 or 4 days for trainer for flat bed so I choose dry van and yes the 2 weeks under my belt helps but I don't want to get stuck with that trainer again

Since now, you are gonna have to wait anyway, i'd call Western and explain that you've since re-evaluated your situation, and are now choosing to go Flatbed. Besides, that's where most of the freight is with Western. That's probably why they have less trainers available, to where dry-van there's an abundance of L/P guys who can't make their payments for lack of miles, so they use a trainee to team, and pad his bank.

    Yes, that happens.

You might get a worse trainer at Trans Am.
