I Have options between 2 companies

If that company pays 1099, look at posts by many who DON'T get paid, maybe eventually after 3 weeks, 3 days, who knows.... and then you do your own taxes. QUARTERLY.
Most of us ole' hands say 1099 is a "last resort" . . . and yes, I believe it is. HOWEVER, if W/E F/B will have you, why would you resort to a "maybe, baybe?" place ?!? .50 cpm isn't ANYTHING if you are not GETTING mile

So many newer people don't get the fact that with a company where you CAN turn miles, even at a LOWER cpm, the more you run hard and prove yourself, the more miles you will be given to run. Then, you get these "mom & pop" places thrown in to the mix, that don't always HAVE miles to give you to run, so of COURSE they will offer you more, to entice you~!!!

Either way you slice it, sure hope it works for you, man. You already know what I would do *as have said others,* hands-down. ANOTHER thing; even though you have to start training over, perhaps it's because it IS F/B, or whatever the reason, you won't have a 'DING' on your resume about jumping companies. That in itself, is HUGE. Started with W/E ... one year, left W/E .... for some heavy-haul company that pays way over .50 cpm...... Just IMHO.
