I have sent out over 200 applications but no job offer yet

Not sure why you encountered this problem unless its as a result of the current pandemic, just out of curiosity I phoned 3 Canadian transport companies in 2019 and got a positive result from 2 with both posting me application forms (via the internet) unfortunately they require you to immigrate rather than just provide a work visa to Canada which I was not interested in doing I'm already living in the best place in the world.

 

I have to imagine that driving jobs have improved a bit since your government locked borders down and outsider aren't welcome. I know in Canada it was nice when they couldn’t import cheap help for awhile.

 

I applied to 130 companies, got 3 offers. One was very shady, the other made such little effort to perform any background checks that I disregarded completely. If you're in western Canada pm me
