The title of the post is "I have 2 driving jobs, can I get in trouble?" So we know he drives Monday to Friday also, does not say if it is a cmv, I assume it is or why would he ask. But don't know for sure

It is a given that his main job requires a CDL. We don't need to argue this, do we? Otherwise, he wouldn't have asked about HOS compliance when combined with the second, non-CDL job. It was implied information.
