I was thinking about this before, I thought an effective means to get the attention of the feds is to beat on the doors of the chairman and commissioners to ask them why in the hell Loyaan Egal and others in the enforcement bureau not enforcing the regulations.

But because I only hear him and others occasionally, I think someone needs to find him and "talk" to him.

By the way, has anyone found him yet?

He can't be setting up in an RV park and broadcasting from a trailer because the amount of junk that would produce would wipe out other radio services.

Fine tune cb doesn't care about the "petiton" people made to see if they can force the government to do anything with him or he would have shut up by now.
His bigger problem seems to be the guys that are looking for him and the New Mexico attorney general.

I don't know if my ham license allows me to go to that forum, it may be taken away for out of band emissions.

He cares because he may be the one who started it. Look at the threads about him, they seem to grow into a great sales pitch for him.

As far as NM, I think that's dead already. The complaints can be ignored at this point.

He doesn't care, he knows the Feds (which is a bigger threat) can do more damage to him than the state can, they can take everything related to RF emissions from him.
