I hear some bad companies for a newbie. Please tell me which are good to start with.

As a student right now I am leaning towards starting with US Xpress and staying on for a year or two because I am only 21 and there equipment seems to be kept in good condition. I went on a tour of the Springfield, OH terminal today and the people seemed nice and the trucks looked nice and shiny.

My plan is hopefully by the time I am 23 I will be able to get on somewhere like JET Express or FedEX, Dayton Freight, ect hauling doubles being home more.
