Naah.. he isn't helping anyone but himself. He seems to have the need to lash out his aggression on those he deems "less perfect" than him. Usually the basis for this kind of behavior is deep down issues of his own personal regrets and failures. So filling those holes with comfort layers of putting down others helps him out of it. I can see this due to the fact he ignores what I really am trying to say and focuses on the negative parts.

On a side note, my training consultant talked with me over the phone and trying to see if another school would be a better option for me. So it's not all over in a day. Everything happens for a reason, just important to move on and stay positive! Life is all about options and not being forced into one you are unsure of or unhappy about.

I always get a kick out of someone who picks on another for poor spelling and grammar while at the same time demonstrating their own deficiencies in those areas.

Because much of that money is coming also from responsible adults who have worked 20+ years without once drawing unemployment. 1-3 months I can see. 5? That just tells me one of two things:

    a) you didnt accept your reality as far as how your job skills would fit into your job market and either acquire new skills or change job markets
    or
    b) you weren't trying very hard to find gainful employment & were enjoying 4 months paid vacation before making an effort.

But cogratulations on your new job. I hope you do what is neccessary to make it work & once back on your feet save 6+ months of living expenses so you can maintain self reliance if this ever happens again.

I think you are correct, hoss7071, Giggles could have spread her "useful instruction" around to that guy and one of two others.

How can it truly be a truthful forum when censorship is taken so serious in the end it turns out friendships with those only the management deems personally useful.
