I just failed the skills test :(

    Well my journey has been put in hold.
    Took the piss test, updated paperwork then barely knocked over a tire on the skills test. Didn't even get a chance to drive on the street. Going back to Cali. I'm in a bus. Disgtuntled and sad at the same time.
    nothin against May. Just a huge disappointment. They said I could come back next week but I don't think I can deal with that bus ride and the stress. It's feels like test day at the DMV. Man, I'm screwed. It's hard to get a chance with a company even though I did 8 years as a marine because I have 2 misdemeanor 1.5 years old.
    Lord help me.

    You'll get it don't stress over it. Just make sure you study everything, and make sure you are 110% prepared. I didn't get it the first time either,when i did it but the 2nd time i passed with flyin colors. Good luck to ya and don't sweat it!:biggrin_25525:

    That's right turn got me man. Everything else was good. The truck was so nice too. Son Of A prairie dog! Grr

    Also misdemeanor aren't really anything to worry about. Go to ptl they just have you drive around block lol.

    I know your right. I'm tryin to figure out how I should have set up. Maybe further to the left...

    Right turn tip... take it straight to the Drive Axles then make the turn... you're sure to clear that way. and set your mirrors so you can see your tandems.

    The right turn is what gets most drivers but it's just technique... take it out into the intersection, man.

    I got it down on the street but that obstacle course was a killer. It was like a crazy horseshoe Skinny & weird.
