Fight it and try to get it down graded or Pay it and move on, my personal driving record in my 20s was horrendous owing 500+Hp vehicles and it never held me back at work I believe 15 over is only wreckless in a cmv and 20 over for a 4 wheeler but that probably varies by state, it’s also not on your mvr until it’s paid (admitted guilt)

The no paid training is what I would tell them to #### off for

Zero Experience at training and you were going fifteen over knowing your in training. Take it from the guy that’s spent 10’s of thousands on court fees and lawyers to keep at it being a foolish cowboy. You don’t want to stay in the business get into the business or anything of the sort.

If you can’t do it the right way now your gonna become rather complacent in an extreme fashion in 6 months to a year. And all it will do is cost you more than what you’ll make.

Should I get a lawyer to fight my ticket? It’s for a non moving violation.

Contact an attorney local to that area to make sure. If it’s not on a CVSA inspection, and it’s not a moving violation, then it will have zero impact other than a couple hundred dollars from your wallet. You also won’t have to disclose it to your company, but even if you did, they probably won’t care

    Bean Jr. Thanks this.
