OTR and regional truck driving is terrible for your health.
Sedimentary and eating out day after day is bad.
Even with a fridge you’ll end up eating lunch meat sandwiches over and over.
Anyways go now and see your family doctor and have your blood pressure checked and treated if necessary.
And if you go OTR with Swift enjoy the time out there, it’s like being a modern day gypsy.

 

Got another 1 year. Lol. BP was elevated. I am honestly surprised. Over 6 ft and about 170 lbs and in shape, load my own trailer. Try to eat veggies daily. Guess I must just be dying.

 

I know I am healthy. This is dumb. i thought BP has to tested over a period of time. It must just be because I am so good looking.
