I enjoy listening to his show, except for the health keto shilling. He's an idiot and a huckster, and so is his power hour co-host. His callers are way more interesting to listen to, and why I tune in.
Making even a tongue-in-cheek call for violence on a big media platform is asking to be canceled. So that isn't a surprise. That said, at least he's owning it and not playing a victim card. Sounds like (from the linked message he sent to his subscribers) he was already prepared to move off Sirius/XM anyway.
IMHO the real story here is a sitting US Congressman, from Arizona of all places, saying publicly that the 1st Amendment is void, and that it makes private property confiscation and redistribution a good idea. I don't care where on the political spectrum you fit, that ain't right at all. Even if you're at the fringe of the blue party, you'd be wondering when you and your stuff would be next upon reading that, if you were at all capable of critical thinking.
KR was just dumb enough to not be careful with his response, given the state of things today.
I just might be able to listen to road dog now

I'm really not surprised, and I doubt it was just the single instance of the comments about the Congressman. I listen to him periodically, and he has increasingly been making comments related to the trucker convoy, covid restrictions, and vaccine mandates that imply, if not directly call for, violence against the government to make a change. I was surprised he was saying some of the things he did on the radio.

Say his contract was up in June and it wasn't going to get renewed- for whatever reason by either party. Getting "canceled" will drum up a bunch of publicity and get him some good will with a certain demographic. Both of which would make his switching to a podcast format easier.Coffey, blairandgretchen, Roger McG and 3 others Thank this. -
He already has a base that will pay for his show. Same as other shows that haven’t been renewed by Sirius over the last year or so that have gone on to do just fine on Patreon. It’s very easy now to follow a show you like to a new platform. Used to be they would just disappear.

Haven't listened to the trucking channel since Bozo died. I tuned in one night to hear that clown George Norry or whatever his name is rambling on about aliens. That was it for me

KR original show was good I thought. He seemed to get more combative with people calling in give different opinions. The Power Hour was good, people could call in ask questions and get some help.
KR said he modeled his show after The Bruce Williams show. Bruce Williams did financial show was always calm and nice to callers.
