A good pair of boots with a inch heel square will take care of that.
I absolutely agree, no horsies allowed until you are off that clutch.
The fastest way to buck a truck is being in gear too high for the situation. You are literally forcing the engine to stop turning over against a load that will not be moved. (Via gear ratio that is not enough to move it.)
Finally but not least why short yourself at Class B? Go for the full A.
