I hear ya.......... i don't want an Accert Cat. Much as I love Cats, I've heard too many bad stories on the lack of power and mpg on the accerts. But it sounds like yours does OK.

Sorry...I misread your post. The numbers I just gave you were for my 96, not the 06's. The 06's do have the Acerts and I don't like them either. I started ordering the cummins motors in 07 models. The 06's with acerts get about 7.1-7.2 on average. That is with drivers in them though. I am convinced that I could get 7.4-7.5 with one of them.
And you are wrong MM...they are governed at 45.
