    I hear ya.......... i don't want an Accert Cat. Much as I love Cats, I've heard too many bad stories on the lack of power and mpg on the accerts. But it sounds like yours does OK.

    Sorry...I misread your post. The numbers I just gave you were for my 96, not the 06's. The 06's do have the Acerts and I don't like them either. I started ordering the cummins motors in 07 models. The 06's with acerts get about 7.1-7.2 on average. That is with drivers in them though. I am convinced that I could get 7.4-7.5 with one of them.

    And you are wrong MM...they are governed at 45.:biggrin_25525:

    I was actually looking at the FIkes no money down lease. Stupid but things get to a point sometimes that you really don't have much to loose.

    It's now even getting to where people don't want to talk to me because I've had two jobs in a row that only lasted two and three months
    not a good feeling to be worth more dead then alive.

    I share your pain bro. 5 yrs spotless driving record (well there are a couple speeding tickets :D ) and throw one lousy preventable into the mix and nobody wants to talk to you for any where from 1 yr to 3 yrs to 7 yrs.
