How far out of the way would it be for you to go home on a run from Memphis to SoCal and back?

This seems to be my problem also. I don't understand these big companies. They advertise like yesterday never ends. They say there is a driver shortage. I will have to disagree with this theory these companies are saying. I have no tickets or accidents and yet I'm turned down because I haven't found a company that suits me? More and more, its making me want to buy a truck.......:biggrin_2558:

    What is Fikes?

The inland empire SoCal. Anywhere from Long Beach to Fontana.

Big companies don't fit anyone with a brain in there head or the ability to do anything for themselves. They fit people who can't do anything for themselves and don't mind being a sheep. Unfortunatly you don't have enough experience to get on with a smaller company though so it doubly sucks

About 275 miles... each way. would have to drop down to 20 instead of 40 straight across

wow....that's like 15% out of route...there goes all of your profit, or a big chunk of it anyway.

Oh well...It was just an idea I had. But that won't be equitable for either one of us.
