I left Landstar, What do I do with the ELD?

    That is an IVG. They are $799 new and still get a good resale price on EBAY IF YOU HAVE THE BILL OF SALE from Landstar (as long as it is 4G capable.) Also, who did you go to work for? Do they use Omnitracs, because it can be transferred from Landstar to your new company too. If you are still driving, what ELD are you using now? If you follow the cable down you will eventually come to where it is plugged into your ECM. The cable goes with the IVG and is specific to your truck (i.e. Freightliner, Volvo, Peterbilt, etc.)

    You can also remove the 2 torx screws on the side of the head unit when the cable goes in and unplug it there. But then you are driving with no ELD. Help me with these answers and I can help you get this straightened.

    Nice! Any tips on how to remove the plastic the cord leads into? I can't really figure out which panels to move. It's on the passenger side
