    Another option : Crusader's Insurance from Woodland Hills, CA, but if you have less than 2 years CDL don't call them.

    I’m guessing that 32k quote is for a New entrant Carrier (New Authority).

    If so, it’s the same that I was quoted in Florida

    There are many insurance companies with B+ rating that will offer affordable premium for new entrants. Progressive is expensive place for o/o. Last year I called to theirs agent and i was quoted $13k. My current insurance's premium is $8200(1m liability, 100k, cargo, 70k physical damage, uninsured motorist,..). The provider is Northland Insurance with A+ rating. I will never call Progressive again, and Great Western too... Those are for truckers from Beverly Hills.
