My son and his wife were at a store last week
He said there were two people.
One clearly male and one clearly female
My son told the guy “ hey she dropped something”
They got all bent out of shape and said she identifies as an IT

Well what do they do for public restrooms? We don’t have an IT stall

And these are probably no longer acceptable as the ITS probably don’t approve of this

There are 2 separate issues here.
    1. Can a large truck (we need the definition of a "thru truck" ) be operated on this roadway at any time, and if so under what circumstances.
    2. Is it legal for the OP to park his large commercial truck on his property according to the zoning regulations in that town.

Both issues can be answered at the local, not state level.
There are written ordinances regarding both on file. the police merely enforce those ordinances, and are sometimes wrong I might add.
A visit to the town hall/township offices will yield someone who can give you answer.
In an extreme circumstance you may have to ask an attorney to look into the matter for you if you don't like the outcome
