Hello Mr. Shop guy, won't you please fix my truck?
'2-3 days to look at it'd
But you can fix it?
'Yup'
Day 4 - 'check back tomorrow'
5 - 'two more days'
7 - 'we can't fix it - it's gone to the dealer-7 more days'
....... got put into a much nicer truck 2 hours later
(Even though they said 2 week wait for a truck)
..... new truck - straight into the shop
'We'll fix it tomorrow'
Next day 'don't have the part - 4 days'
Ummm... never mind- and don't worry - I'm outta here!
On to the next terminal - how fairs my luck?
Gotta be better -
If you can swing it go to Columbus or Willows for a B service. They have dedicated lanes and techs for just that. Last time at Columbus they got me out in 45 mins.

Wow, surprise!
They just put my truck in the shop.
Maybe this week won't be a total bust after all.123456 Thanks this. -
I put my 2000 Century into the shop at Sumner Monday night to have a B service and the driver and passenger seats swapped. At 1.4 million miles the driver seat was a little too broken in. I had the next two days off and picked up the truck Thursday morning. Spent the next two days trying to adjust to the change in seats, and trying to fiqure out what was different. Finally on Friday I noticed that the seat belts were new!
Not all shop experiences are bad.
