    Same thing really. DBL is for company drivers, ICA is for IC's. The job is the same, just different sides of the spectrum

    Yeah I'm pretty sure whipper meant ICA instead of DBL since he's a Choice guy but you hear the term DBL a lot when company messages get sent out...besides their are too many #### abbreviations here to keep up with all of them.

    But for the record.

    Got it ... for the record those abbreviations have a name ... TLA ... Three Letter Acronymn.

    Ugh.... So yeah. I am 2 days early on my load here in Breignsville PA. Need to get back to the house this weekend and with the board slim pointing me toward Texas I just took the VNU and will run empty down to Raphine VA and grab that one to Laredo. I'm only losing about $250 in gross so it was just easier to keep that one on

    The word is now..they're going to be reevaluating the hiring process for ic's come end of the year due to the excessive amount of failures on the choice program..there's reportedly a waiting list now till march...I guess we'll see..

    SNI pushed it hard and are still. Aggresivley advertising how you too can make 'up to' $175,000 and pick your own loads.

    Now they get the results. I still, for a lease program, they have one of the best

    Schneider just like Drivers push the % program just to get recruits.

    Sni knows their standards for IC are too easy but to them it's about the bottom line as it is to driver recruiters.

    The program is going down hill fast.

    In my orientation class for IC they just ran us through as fast as they could!! I felt like in our class of 9, we had at least 3 that wouldn't survive. It's a different mentality when you are responsible for your actions. As for my results, I'm very happy with what I have done so far but also know once I get a better understanding it will be great.
