I made a Choice to come to Schneider

I went days without accepting a load. I only accept when I get ready to run that load.

 

Those loads are not 'disappearing' from your Qualcomm, they never made it to the Qualcomm...

I run into this same problem, book a load from the house and it never makes it to my Qualcomm if the truck has been sitting for over 24 hrs... Qualcomm simply powers down and the load never makes it...

Roll on...

 

I've had loads never make it but never any disappear unless they've been pulled because of "cancelling".

 

Oh. That makes sense. Just learned something. Once they are received, they stay. It's only if the unit is powered down and never makes it. I'm guessing the system tries for a period of time, then just stops trying to send. Maybe 24 hrs?

 

The system attempts to send preassignments to the qc 3 times in a 24 hr period.

 

Sometimes they don't make it just because of the truck location. My unit never shuts down. Couldn't get preassignment, had to move truck. Then got it.

 

Ya gotta stop hanging out under those bridges.

 

I picked the worst weekend to go to Texas...
