    Why not try one of the hundreds of trucking operators in NC? How about the loggers? They always need drivers.... lots of chicken haulers round, too. those processing plants stay pretty busy... screw that waiting on the big guys...

    Head on over to the truck stops on I-95... talk to the drivers... lots of locals stop at Sadler's...
