The grass is green here in not so sunny northern CA. At least it was green until we had a freak hailstorm pass through here with some of those boom booms, now it looks kind of white. I saw a flash and I thought the thing was right overhead. I was doing a project at my sister's upstairs (putting in faux tin on her back splash) and I thought the power was going to go out. Any time we get lightning that close, it inevitably hits a transformer. I got lucky this time. Now I need to get back to the task at hand so I can say it is finished.
I'm sorry you had to go through what you did. I bet you don't make that mistake again. We all learn by experience. Ain't that a pisser? You take care.
