Heck, most MRO's would want to number of the Dr. that prescribed the meds. Or the pharmacy that filled it.
Heck, I don't think Ive even been given a prescription in the last 5 years. It's always been "called in" to my pharmacy. No, she's now in the clearinghouse database so she must do a SAP program if she wants to drive with a CDL required job.

1. This lady needs to answer a question. It is important. Was she notified that her name was on the clearinghouse? This is critical. The SAP/return to duty process is the ONLY way to get back driving a CDL required CMV.
2. This is NOT a career fatal situation, but in the future, this lady needs to understand when taking a prescription medication that will show up on a test to keep all her records AND DO NOT BE ON DUTY while taking it.
