1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

I'm looking for an experienced driver or at least two years experience.( Insurance co. requirement) I'm a small operator so I won't promise you the outrageous salaries the big dogs promise and never fulfill them. Will be dealing with me so we can get you home often in some cases every weekend. Pay is 20% of the amount the load pays on each load.
I pay all expenses ie fuel ,tolls ,truck repairs and maintenance etc. Safety and taking care of equipment a must. Thanks

    jvar4001 Thanks this.

I never seen below 24% and that's with benefits. Running the northeast pays premium too.

    Do you pay workers comp?

Are you paying your driver 20% of all revenue, including FSC? or do you take expenses out before calculating the drivers wage?

It really does not matter. Usually route or try to get loads which would get you home on weekends with a drop off on Monday. Weekly gross anywhere from $900- $1100. Thanks for you interest.

20% of what I have been paid for that load. If load pays $1200 your pay for that load is 20% of of $1200 before taxes. Thanks.
