Also alcohol can have different effects at different times on an individual reguardless of gender, things like illness, other medications or drugs, fatigue, stress, etc. can have an effect on how alcohol effects someone. If someone is sick, or under stress or taking medication or drugs or fatigue or hasn't eaten what may not have caused noticable impairment at another time, will cause impairment. It's best to not take any chances, and just not drive after drinking that way you don't have to worry about the possiblity that you have drank enough to be impaired.

Look at this the way the law will see it,,,,single car accident, keys still in ignition, RO of vehicle standing next to car intoxicated-claiming someone else was driving yet "someone else" is nowhere near the vehicle,,,,even if your tale is true-good luck beating that one! You should have made him wait with the car!

Keep your bodies clean from all toxic poisons, driving or watching T.V.

IF this story is true...I have my doubts...I wonder what ended up happening to the "cuz"? Did the cop just haul this guy off to jail and leave the car there in the ditch? Things don't add up here.

Sorry friend. Doesnt work on me. I dont have a bleeding heart. Unless the passenger was kidnapped, they got what they deserved, no matter if they are related to me or not.

And when tragedy hits me, and I live to tell the tail, I will post about it so we can all laugh. Be responsible. Not spineless.

    Law schmaw.

Had a buddy going through a divorce went to a bar and got stupid drunk. He got into his SUV and tried to drive home. He went on a field trip and knocked a telephone pole in half. He got out of the SUV and started to walk away. Cops got him. DUI, damage to public property, and leaving the scene.

He went to a DUI lawyer. Lawyer told him to give him $10k and stay out of trouble. DUI disappeared and this guy walked scot free.

The law says anything the lawyers want it to. If your pockets are deep enough, you can afford the slickest lawyer, with their hand-picked jury, and the media in your corner.
