    My insurance would say the reckless is bad enough, the 20 over would prevent you from working for me and adding the accident in, that’s a topper that would get them to tell me to find another insurer.

    Wait a minute! If he can't control himself to drive responsible in a governed company truck, why would we want him in a Chicago based 1099 truck? I don't want to sound harsh but there are lives at stake here!

    Crash test dummies are represented by the UAW and it is a closed shop.

    Such would seem appropriate however with what appears to be a questionable ATTITUDE, it's highly likely, from an external point of view (I'm no psychologist), that the subject in question could potentially be a HAZARD even within/under seriously controlled restictions.

    I cannot understand the FAILURE of wanting to REDUCE a 20 OVER ticket.
    I received one in North Carolina in 2013 because the flunky High Point "police officer" was tracking the forward of me auto but somehow was convinced I the speeding vehicle. When I asked the nitwit If I was speeding, how come I didn't overtake the forward vehicle until we all stopped at the RED Traffic Light? Goofball said I'm not going to argue which meant to me that he was too ignorant to comprehend a simple physics question.
    $500.00 to a TRAFFIC ATTORNEY and a few Months later, the ticket was REDUCED to Inoperative Equipment.
    Ones COMMERCIAL DRIVER LICENSE is to BE PPROTECTED lest one wish to WALK or RIDE Public Transportation or possibly Drive for a highly questionable 1099 outfit with quality equipment.

    Some people in Trucking are not AWARE of Their Safety Record Being what KEEPS them IN TRUCKING/TRANSPORTATION as well LESS EXPENSIVE Personal Vehicle Insurance.
    [RANT OFF]

    ONES DRIVING RECORD PRECEDES THE ONE and dictates avenues of Travel.

    ;):cool::rolleyes:
