always go to court for these , because a lot of the time the driver of the other vehicle doesn’t understand that if they don’t show up , your ticket will be dismissed . Or if your insurance has already paid them , they dont care if the ticket gets dismissed .

Give Trans Quality a call I think they're still near Chicago and pay 1099 they night take chance but don't be upfront with 1099 companies like this though. If you can hired spend at least a year then try to get something better.
