you need experience most companies that hire newbies have some kind of deficiency. get 6 months better a year then a whole slew of companies will be available to you if you have kept your nose clean. By then you will see how the industry works and what you might be interested in

 

its not as bad as all that. I have a friend of mine that worked for them for a year and half. Look the only bad thing about PTL is the forced team driving during the training face thats about it.

They will let you drive then keep that card in their back pocket if they need to get rid of you later for whatever reason ...
