First, ignore "experience required" on any trucking company website and submit applications anyway. The following companies hire new CDL grads:

    Tankers:

    Schneider Bulk
    Trimac Transportation
    Tidewater Transit
    CTL Transportation
    Superior Carriers
    SVTN
    Groendyke Transport

    Flatbed:
    Cypress Truck Lines
    Decker Truck Line
    Melton Truck Line
    Halvor Lines
    Pride Transport

You'll have a job in a few days.
Dartco is dry van, but more money in tankers.
Submit lots of applications; most have online applications.
