It is a cost of operations workbook in MSExcel format. Can any of you long time O/O's take some time to look at it and make sure I am not forgetting anything, and if it works good?

PM me and let me know if you are willing to look at it and critique it.

    Thanks!

Did you include a section for "Aw S--t" moments? That's when you hear a funny noise, go looking for it and go "Awww S--t"!!! :biggrin_25525:

Seriously tho. Spend a couple $$ and have your model looked at by a professional accountant with small business experience. You might just ask him how much to do taxes and stuff for you throughout the year. Might be cheaper than what you think (his fee is deductable too). One of the few smart things I did with my small co. Saved me bunches and was a big load off my back.

Send a copy to me. I have an Excel program I made years ago and still use. I just download everything and take it to the accountant.
