There's not one school that's perfect.You should stay with Swift and tell them you need more training.How is swift soose to know you're having a tough time if you don't tell them.

Your mentor gets paid .01 per mile you drive after upgrading. If you get off of their truck and into another trainer's truck, that trainer will spend between 50-100 with you, getting paid for all of your miles and theirs for that 50 hours and then get that .01 bonus for every mile you run over the next 6 months. That's why your trainer isn't willing to say you need more time after 200 hours.
Call your driver development coordinator and tell him or her that you need an additional 50 hours and you aren't confident in your backing or whatever it is. If the development coordinator doesn't do anything about it, call Phoenix and ask to speak to someone in Safety.
