I need help, maybe someone has been in this situation before...

From now on when you broker a load inform them you will NOT ask for any other form of payment other than a check for all the payment or in other words "we will not be asking for a com check or T check or western union!" But DO get the conformation information that was entered onto the front of the check.All of it. Drivers license and name and go from there with the police in wherever it was cashed. Also get with com check and discuss this matter with them also.

I didn't notice how long ago this might have happened but I'm hoping that it isn't another internet type of problem like a trojan on your system sending out information.
Something else just hit me. How long had you been dealing with that broker? Check with the State and see if they have had any other complains about "short" checks to companies and if so are they the same kind as yours. It could be that they are the ones running a scam and having a few other people cashing the com checks like a russian on line paycheck cashing scam, just a different version. This could be the first glimpse of another snake lifting it's head. Keep on this and let us know as in this day and age anything is possible.

With this in mind when was the last time you did a malware sweep of your computer and an virus scan? Just asking! Businesses are more lax than a teenager with their computers! Need help ask and I'll send you a few links to a couple of good programs you need!
