i need help with dui anyone plz

    Recently i got a stupid d.u.i.........i have a class a license i on 3 month vacation just started 4/1 /14....so I decide to smoke pot I smoke at my garage in my truk......4 hours later my mother n law and wife ask me to go with them to da park and wait not da car while they jog because there's been reports of ppl harassing joggers there so I sat in da car and began eating wen 3 cops pull up n accuse me of driving high i never drove da car i was just sitting in da driver side since it's a 2door car i was not in a commercial vehicle nor was i ggetting high there just basically wen to make sure my mother in law n wife is safe so they took my L.......wut should i do?? I never had a d.u.i before I don't even drink beer

    DUI is driving under the influence it makes no mention of beer.

    Thankfully you will most likely lose your cdl because of smoking pot and being behind the wheel. You got what you deserved.

    I was thinking the same thing.............

    for starters you need to state where you're located.....you should also be forewarned that alot of folks on here will flame you - not necessarily for the dui- but for your attitude regarding the dui ("I got a stupid DUI")

    as far as what you should do: what exactly did the officer put on the ticket? (the vehicle code #/#'s you violated) did you submit to a blood test?

    I would hire a lawyer and pray that he/she can save your CDL..... if you can afford a "3 month vacation" im sure you can afford a GOOD attorney...... Good luck: you're CDL is going to need it.

    I almost ALWAYS assume that when it comes to DUI/Drug questions that the story is always going to be less than 100% accurate
